You have heard there is work for adventurers in the village of Ithyank that is at least three days away from where are now in Harbor View. With the ships out of port and the winter coming you decide to make your way there in hopes of finding enough riches to get you through the bitter tendays ahead.

Harbor View is a port town that relies on the trade of the three small towns nearby for Spring, Summer, and Autumn and on fishing during the Winter.

The land between Harbor View and Ithyank is a beautiful rolling grassland with patches of forest. There are known bandits in the area, but few remain this late in the year where the wind grows colder by the hour.

Tomorrow the last caravan returns to Ithyank with a backhaul of cinnamon that came into port yesterday.

Tink

Tink wants to investigate the Last Stitch Shop.

An old woman greets you and asks if she can help you find anything, she smiles and says that she has a fair hand at embroidery.

She has to offer many ordinary items as well as a few silk robes and some very nice rabbit-fur lined cloaks.

Tink looks in her purse and feels how light it is. She eyes up the rabbit-fur lined cloaks, but tells the shopkeep that she will just be getting an ordinary fur-lined cloak for 50 GP.

Ralph's first swing smashes into Fletch for 1d4 + 1. (Punching does 1d2 points for 2 AP, since brawling includes the use of mundane objects, he was able to attack using 4 AP with the plank and gets +1 for high strength scores)

Fletch wants to visit the blacksmith in search of quality used merchandise.

Fletch enters the blacksmith. A thickly muscled man with graying black hair is hammering on his anvil when he sees you approach:
"What'll it be?" and he gestures towards his wares, "...or are ye here for a bit o' me wisdom?" After looking Fletch up and down he says, "eh, you look as if your here for the wares."

He has available:

Bucklers
Mail Armor
Plate Armor

And a variety of tack for carriages and horses.

I'm off for Ithyank soon. I'll be needing that fine armor over there. Any chance you would also have a sword of any persuasion?

"Fraid not, but there is a weaponsmith in Ithyank who might have something your looking fer. What you see here is what I have. I do have a trick or two up my sleve for those talented with the hammer and anvil."
